This journey through Italian winemaking tradition begins with “Cutizzi, Greco di Tufo DOGC”, a white varietal brought to Italy by the Greeks, known for its unique minerality and freshness from the chalky soils of Tufo. The tasting continues with “Pietracalda, Fiano di Avellino DOCG”, an aromatic and persistent wine that encapsulates the richness of the Irpinia terroir.
